UBuildIt-Spokane assists owner-builders in eastern Washington and north Idaho, a region known as the Inland Northwest. Spanning from the wheat fields of the Palouse to the foothills of the Rockies, this region has incredible diversity in topography and climate conditions.
With our clients, we tackle a host of construction challenges, such as remote building locations, adverse weather conditions that can stall progress and disrupt scheduling, as well as a monumental variety of elevation and grade issues that require expert and creative solutions for developing a home site.
