After many years of living, working, and raising a family in their Spokane Valley home, Grant and Deb Ramsay were finally ready for a "once in a lifetime" home renovation with the hopes of transforming their aging house into their dream haven for enjoying retirement.
Grant wanted a shop for his woodworking hobby, and they both wanted to create an outdoor living space that would help them reconnect with their backyard. They hired local designer, Oscar Torres, to transform their dream into a creative and unique building plan. They then solicited general contractor bids, but were uncomfortable with the lack of detail in the lump-sum bids, and the high price. Oscar referred them to UBuildIt, and we took it from there.
